the driver of the black car which the mother were killed. the children were taken to area hospitals in critical condition. >> it was a violent night in the tri-state area. a man showed up at temple university hospital with his friend who was shot. police think the shooting happened in the area of 17th and tioga nice town section of the city. the action cam was there as police taped off the crime scene. no word on a motive. gunfire broke out in south jersey late last night the teenager was shot in camden. he was rushed to cooper in critical condition. no word on a motive for this shooting. police are looking for suspects. and happening today several memorial day events across the area will honor those who died while serving in the country's armed forces. let's take a live look at the korean war memorial in penns landing. a dedication to the korean war veterans planned for 11:00 a.m.

the day goes on. at the shore, 80 in atlantic city. foorlt down -- farther down the coast you have some areas that stop in the upper 70s afternoon sea breeze kicking in. poconos, mainly dry 80 degrees, there's a chance of pop-up thunderstorm in the afternoon and evening. 87 is the high in philadelphia. breezy winds out of the southwest at 10 to 20 miles per hour. 67 degrees by 8:00 a.m. 77 degrees by 11:00. 2:00, 86 high of 87 around 3:00 p.m. by 5:00 p.m. 84 degrees, for tomorrow looks like a sun and clouds mix but for the second straight day any rain should be in the poconos something coming into the northern lehigh county. the change tomorrow it will be hot high of 90 and more humid. the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast 87 degrees, sunny and warm a tad more humid as the day goes on, but not bad.

destroyed a hangar in texas it's not clear how the fire started and how much damaged it caused. nobody was injured and an investigation is underway. >> it might be months before the beaches at santa barbara is restored. animals soaked in oil are showing up up and down the coastline. rescuers working quickly to save the animals. a sea lion coated in oil did die on saturday. as much as 105,000 gallons of crude oil may have spilled when a pipeline ruptured. police in washington say there are more suspects at large in the brutal murder of their family and housekeeper. he likely had help from others as he held a family captive inside the mansion.

>> a memorial day mishap for a skydiver in tennessee. he had just jumped from a plane carrying an american flag when the winds carried him into the power lines. you can see him bump off the lines and fly into trees, what is more amazing he was not badly hurt. witnesses say he gave the thumbs up as he away being taken away. the crowd was upset and many people began to pray together spontaneously for this poor man.
