appropriately. >> good morning, david murphy is off, karen rogers is here and mr. matt pellman. >> reporter: storm tracker 6 live double scan we're dry through the region. we did get a few showers and thunderstorms yesterday. didn't produce quite enough rainfall we've been needing it. looking at the temperatures. it's warm and humid today not a lot has changed. 64 in manners creek. 68 in coatsville, 69 in center city. the temperatures where they were yesterday morning. 69 in buena. 70 degrees if you're in dover delaware. looking at the dpiewnts, 67 degrees dewpoint, which means very humid. anytime you hit 65 we're feeling it. in fact it is 71 in dover. a lot of moisture in the atmosphere. here's what to expect today we'll see sunshine mixing with clouds once again it's still warm and humid. we have the chance for a spotty thunderstorm around later on. they won't be as numerous as yesterday, we'll talk about that

is suspected of spreading cancer in women. arguments are trying to figure out when manufacturers knew about risks. the fda said it could spread cancerous tissues and cells. a pathologist reportedly first alerted the number one manufacturer johnson and johnson to the possible risks in 2006. others in the medical community began sounding the alarm. johnson and johnson removed the device last year. "good morning america" will have more on the deadly floods in texas and the johnson and johnson investigation at 7:00 a.m. a house fire sent a person to the hospital. the fire started in the first floor bedroom around 2:30, crews quickly knocked down those flames, but not before somebody became overcome by smoke.

that person is being checked by doctors. it is unclear how this house fire started. developing people in north philadelphia are waking up to find their street blocked off because of a sinkhole. the action cam was was on nicholas street yorcht. the street is closed. police say this man entered a woman's home on the 1800 block of south rose wood at 5:30 on monday. she woke up to find him standing over her while she was in bed. he putted hand overred mouth and demanded money and raped her. the man may have been involved in a similar assault on chadwick street. police say scooters and motorcycles are the hot new target for thieves in south philadelphia and center city.

they have released this surveillance video of one of the threats, actually that's a man parking one. bandits have gotten away with 21 vehicles since last month. most bikes were locked. eva pilgrim will have a report at 5:00 a.m. w surveillance video we mentioned. a surveillance camera caught a look at a man who broke into a philadelphia apartment and beat the person sleeping inside. it happened in cobbs creek 4:30 a.m. on tuesday, the video shows the intruder climbing the balcony above the eagles corner chinese store on spruce streets. he cuts power to the lights in camera. once inside he beat the sleeping man who was an employee at the store below. the intruder went into the store and stole cash from the register, call police if you recognize this man you see right now. a parent is threatening to
