person to the hospital. the action cam was on the scene at west nedro avenue. crews quickly knocked down the flames, but someone was overcome by smoke. it is unclear why the house caught fire. police have released surveillance video of the man they are looking for in the rape of a woman inside her south philadelphia home. the man break into the residence the 1800 block of south rose wood street monday. he stood over the woman's bed and demanded money and raped her. authorities believe the same man may have attempted a sex assault on a woman back in march. in that case, the woman fought back and the man fled. there's more fallout from anthrax shipments. the samples went out to government and commercial labs
