they are taking out the left lane, and southbound between the lehigh valley and quakertown, unfortunately there's a dead deer in the roadway left lane is blocked there, as well. in camden county, we have construction overnight e there's a ramp from the northbound side of the black horse pike shut down until 5:30 on the black horse at 295 watch out for more restrictions until 6:00 a.m. >> will do, thank you matt. one person was hurt in a fast-moving fire in delaware county. crews were called to conostoga road in radnor. the flames broke out the apartment above a vacant commercial building. an unattended candle set fire, no word on the victim's condition. new, a stabbing left a man in critical condition in philadelphia's parkside section. police say the man was stabbed in the chest and backside. they are looking for an unidentified woman who ran from

the scene. and the search is on for the gunman in a deadly shooting in south philadelphia. the action cam is along the 1600 block of south 18th street late last night. someone opened fire striking a 47-year-old man in the chest. police rushed him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. sexual assault suspect is on the run. he is under serious pressure to surrender, both from police and his own mother. david henry is live at police headquarters with the latest developments. good morning david. >> reporter: good morning, tam police are hotten his tail, but -- on his tail, but that suspect remains at large. >> i need you to come home, son. turn yourself in, get this over with. >> reporter: police are looking for her 32-year-old son after the pup helped identify him from surveillance photos on 6abc.

we're withholding his name until police identify him as the man who robbed and sexually assaulted a woman in south philadelphia. the man recently got out of prison serving 1 years for attempted murder. he stole the victim's car after burglarizing her home and returned to sexual assault her. >> this goes to the boldness of this particular individual that he could enter the property not once, but twice and getaway with that. police believe he committed a similar crime 6 blocks away in march. police hit 3 locations looking for the suspect. they were close, but he gave them the slip every time. they searched his mother's house and they recovered the orange gloves and sneakers and hoodie he was seen wearing in the surveillance video. his mother wants his safe. >> anything could happen to him, he could be killed or
