. wreckage of that tour bus is still up on the highway, it happened shortly after 10:00 this morning and apparently two tractor trailers on the southbound lanes collided with each other sending one of them into the path of the tour bus it was loaded with tourists from italy and left this morning and was on the way to niagara falls the driver of the bus and two passengers were killed. the driver of the truck survived and his rig ran off the road and disintegrated, but luckily he survived. all three fatalities were on the bugs. the bus was register academy, they run tours up and down the east coast this tour includes

new york washington, philadelphia and niagara falls they were on the niagara falls leg of that trip when this horrible accident happened there are still emergency police and personnel on the scene, it stale remains on the highway and will be here for some time through the evening rush hour right now investigators are trying to determine what caused the tractor trailer to vera cross the highway into the path of that tour bus. this is the result. we should mention that this stretch of highway has a little bit of history to it. this is the exact location back in 1990 when pop singer, gloria estefan estefan's tour bus was involved in a deadly get. police are still investigating. live in monroe county david

man appeared in a boston courtroom for taking up with isis. this after another man was killed by police after he tried to attack them with a knife. that man, rahim was under 24 hour surveillance when officers with the joint terrorism task force reportedly knowing he was armed confronted him in a cvs parking lot. and it shows them charging him with a military style knife and he refused to stop and as he got close they shot him. >> the level of our concern rose to the level that we needed to question him, i think we never anticipated what his reaction would be. >> today community leaders and clergy in boston met with police to screen the video with the officials showing the officers

firing the shots incest defense and then the second man in question was in court today 26-year-old david wright was charged with a conspiracy to commit a crime. both are linked to isis propaganda site. police in the park side section are looking for the man that pistol whipped a man and robbed him on the street. they gave surveillance of the attack on may 24th they were standing outside of the septa trolley stop at 22nd and girard and they followed the man and forced him into an empty lot and hit him with the gun and took 50 degree and ran off. the victim when to the hospital with injuries to his leg face and hands police are asking for anyone that knows the identity of the men to call the police. police in toms river says they have arrested the men that

they say stole tens of thousands of dollars of copper wire. an officer came across smith hiding behind an electrical box with wire cutters and a ski mask. and the other was hiding behind the park's bathroom. they found out that the two were stealing and stole $47,000 work of copper and caused $63,000 worth of damage doing it. wal-mart announced normal raise for its workers and this one helps out its manager, they are ranging wages for more than 100,000 employees including department managers and specialized workers like deli employees. they raised their minimum wage to $10 an hour in february they

where you see the temperatures responding in the upper 60s for philadelphia and trenton or the farther southwest or southeast you are the thicker clouds and noshlg easterly winds and temperatures at shore are still only stuck in the 50s. in fact as you look at the 24 hour change in temperature, it has changed a little bit to the south, 5 to 7 degrees warmer today than it was yesterday once you hit i-95 north, 10 to 12 degrees above yesterday. and today topping off in the upper 60s. as we look at satellite and radar, a lot of moisture moving to the north. this will lock the cloud cover in and even bring the opportunity for a few more showers tomorrow afternoon, so for tonight a lot of clouds and a late shower in southern areas temperatures dip back into the

50s and another cool night and future tracker tomorrow showing breaks north of the city early and thick cloud cover to the south and by the afternoon the clouds are holding strong at 4:30, and even a few showers are developing in southern areas closer to the shore relatively quiet here, despite the clouds, if you look out in the pacific, this is baja, california, here, we have mexico and tropical storm andre and powerful hurricane hurricane blanka it's stationary right now and this is only the second strongest storm in the pacific. and it will make landfall in california but it will be weak maybe a category one hurricane the good news is that hurricane weakens as it heads todays land. closer to home, showers and temperatures 66 degrees tomorrow

will grow dramatically it's a lot of work to cut it by saturday and sunday but you know what, we need sunshine to come back and a little bit of brightening, we need these roses, a beauty there the pink, the rose bushes typically bloom all summer long and look breathtaking and after a fresh drink of water they will thrive the next couple of weeks and also dealing with showers down to the south throughout the entire day from cape may to wildwood and stone harbor and sea isle city and avalon and eastbound and inland and westbound and norristown some showers on and off. as we look at temperatures 69 and 68 in trenton and millville. cooler to the north and south and raw along the shore and 50s there with on and off showers

and tomorrow duplicating the numbers at the shore again. as we look at the radar the dry air is desperately trying to sink in from the north to the south but the clouds are coming in fighting over the region be the clouds winning out and continuing to do so through the end of the week. so tonight clouds and a late shower could develop south 53 to 56 degrees, and for thursday low pressure for the boundary to the south, will migrate farther to the north and that throws more clouds our way and showers in the afternoon especially south of philadelphia to the shore at 66 degrees and then a cold front tries to arrive late on friday and between that front and the low pulling away, you can still see clouds littering the area and warmer at 73 and a sprinkle earlier and behind it the high pressure is dynamite here and it drops down and
