neighborhood that backs up to highway 380, you can see the wreckage behind me now, they just now bought in a large crane truck to separate the tractor trailer from the bus to extract the victims from all the wreckage, lets go to video from chopper 6 hd to get a better picture of the scene here it happened shortly after 10:00 in the morning, there was a collision of two tractor trailers in the southbound lanes one tractor trailer is veering across the grassy median across the path of the northbound tour bus the driver of the tractor trailer remarkably survived and his cab continued across a wooded area and disintegrated and he and his two pet dogs were able to walk away from the mess, three people were injured and they were taken to area hospitals, they were tourists from italy and there was a language issue from the

of cash and a k-9 dog is on scene trying to see what he can gather, a 14-month-old pup named maimer, new to the montgomery county police assisting plymouth police in this investigation. the suspect is a black male in his late 40s, wearing a white hat and white t-shirt. they are going through surveillance footage to get a better description and the type of vehicle he used in his get away. it's unclear if he fired a shot at someone and missed or fired a shot in the air to let people know he meant business. detectives tell me they have surveillance pictures and i am being told that this may be the same gentlemen responsible for the bank robbery in bryn mawr as well. they are trying to get the pictures out. let me give you the picture of the man here this afternoon at bank of america. this is a developing story and

into several fires in chester, delaware county, there are three blazes in four days on the 400 block of bickley street they are labeled suspicious all of them. the red cross is assisting seven families that are displaced because of fires a task force of state police and the delaware county state division and chester police and fire are all involved in the investigation. police have surveillance images of a woman and man wanted for robbing a 78-year-old in a grocery store parking lot. in the video you see the man and woman involved right there police say the man followed the elderly woman out of a shop-rite store and stole her purse and then hit the woman and images shows the female suspect use the the stolen credit cards to make perfects in princeton and ham fon new jersey.

fire officials are looking into what sparked a blaze that damaged a pizza shop and day care in philadelphia this morning, it starts athe the nick two pizza shop at 6:30, the tbc learning center next door suffered smoke damage and no injuries from the fire. chopper 6 hd was above the scene of an accident that shut down i-95 southbound approaching broad street here in south philadelphia for a short time this morning, police say that two vehicles and a tractor trailer collided before 11:00 a.m., one of the vehicles involveds with a van that appears to have rear ended the big rig and five people suffered minor injuries in the collision. >> time now for a check of the "action news" traffic report midweek. >> matt pellman in the traffic center, i see a little bit of congestion behind you there. >> a little bit. if you don't expect congestion on the schuylkill in the afternoon i am not doing a very good job hopefully you know to

southeast and east and eventually from the northeast. the low slowly drifts from the south to the north and that will lock in the cloud cover for the next couple of days. for this evening, for the ppl game, the philadelphia union mostly cloudy and dry, and by the 90th minute and dress probely for the cooler temperatures and the wind coming in from the easterly direction overnight a lot of clouds and a raw feeling overnight with showers developing, 52 in toms river and 56 in philadelphia and future tracker at 7:30 tomorrow morning, the cloud cover is draped across the area and as we go into the afternoon hours closer to the low to the south we start to see showers developing especially south of philadelphia closer to the shore, southern new jersey and much of delaware not heavy rain but some flashes of showers at times.

then closed to foster children, due to an investigation into inappropriate discipline. is he in jail with a $250,000 bail. investigators say a man shot dead was planning on robbing a home. the body of 52-year-old robert stout was found out side of the resident in earl township in the early morning hours the home's owner told police he shot the man because he feared he would be robbed. they said that stout was part of a four person team planning the heist. lehigh county deputies are trying to serve an eviction notice found smoke and flames ib stead. it happened on the 81 hundred block, and no one was inside of home at the time and it was police that reported the fire and it's cause remains under investigation. >> philadelphia investigators are trying to track down a

home in pleasantville, atlantic county, from charlotte avenue at 3:00 a.m. it took an hour to get the situation under control and one victim has burns and listed in serious condition. delaware state troopers say they stumbled upon a roaming meth lab in millville on monday. they discovered them parked in a restricted area of the gold point boat ramp monday evening. both have conflibted stories as to why they were there. officers searched their jeep to find equipment and mixtures used in making meth. the suspects are arrested and held on $11,000 bail. the montgomery county sheriff's office arrested several dead beat parents overnight that they say have fallen behind on child support, 2,000 parents were -- the action cam was there as they

but the big sorry on "action news" tonight was highway carnage, in the poconos. three people were killed and more than a dozen were hurt in the crash involving two tractor trailers and a charter bus it happened just after 10:30 i-380 in monroe county. david henry is live near the crash scene you have the full story. >> reporter: yes, we are in a neighborhood adjacent to i-380 that is a portion of the tractor trailer involved in this wreck they now have the bus lifted up off the ground by a train. they looking for a wrecker big enough to drag it away. >> people in the neighborhood witnessed a horrific scene here. >> a tragedy. i hope they find out what happened. >> it happened after 10:00 this morning police say
