northbound by allegheny is wrapping up. things getting better, but work zones to without for. >> breaking overnight, two people are dead following a crash in chester delaware county. a white car slammed into a red carat 1:00 a.m., and then police say the driver of the striking car kept going about a block before coming to a stop. witnesses who heard the impact say it was heart stopping. two people who died were in the red car. developing this morning a fight between two families in delaware county led to a man getting shot. police are looking for the gunman. police surrounded the 100 block of whitely terrace in darby burro. they made numerous arrests. a neighbor who was not involved in the original fight then approached one of the family members who had been released. >> this neighborhood from a

him over. police rmd swarmed the area after a traffic stop in west philadelphia led to a chase in delaware county. the driver ditched his car leaving a 3-year-old boy and gun inside. >> there's a red car out here. they left the kid in the car. >> reporter: began at 67th an locust. police pulled over the chevy impala that had an emblem hiding the license plate. when police returned to the car they spotted the little boy in the back seat and handgun in the front. >> we're fortunate that the kid didn't pick that gun up, it is loaded at this point. >> reporter: the man was last seen in upper darby he has family in philadelphia. if anyone has any tips on his

whereabouts, notify police, they have not released name. a man fleeing police in chester died after colliding with a police cruiser. police say the man was wanted for an armed robbery and took off on a bike and ran into the cruiser on his bike. the neighborhood resident who did not want to be identified is telling a different story. i seen the cop turn the alley and hit a guy on his bike and didn't hesitate to stop and ran over him. >> however police say the man ran into the patrol car he was rushed to the crozer-chester medical center where he was pronounced dead. police are looking for a bank robber who fired a shot inside a bank on plymouth road in plymouth meeting.

another man accusing jerry sandusky of sexual abuse is asking a judge to force prosecutors to file charges. the 43-year-old said he was molested by the former football coach when he was a teenager. prosecutors argued they could not file a complaint because of the statue of limitations. penn state settled with 26 victims and accusers. authorities say a link to the murders of a washington, d.c. family and their housekeeper. officials say forensic analysis matched traces of blood on his shoe to one of the victims. investigators do not think he acted alone. >> on the people scene aloha director cameron crow is under
