there was a black car they left the kid in the car. >> reporter: the began at 67th and locust. police pulled over the car the car stopped and fled along west chester pike officers saw the driver running on foot behind an apartment complex toward the golf course. when police returned to the car they spotted the little boy in the back seat and handgun in plain view in the front. >> a 3-year-old kid has good motor skills, we're fortunate that the kid doesn't pick it up. it's not holstered it's clearly loaded at this point. the 3-year-old was not injured in all this. the authorities in upper darby and philadelphia are looking for him. if you have any tips, police want to hear from you. >> thanks, katherine. a fight between two families in delaware county led to a man getting shot. police are looking for the gun

part fall apart. the rest of the afternoon more of the same. going up to 7:00 p.m., a lot of cloud cover and hits of precipitation coming through the south. as we get later into the day and early evening hours it's possible that we see breaks in the clouds and maybe late day sunshine. best chance of that would be up north. 60 degrees by 8:00 a.m. 64 by 11:00. the high is 67 at 2:00 p.m. we'll be in the mid 60s at 5:00 p.m. under mainly cloudy skies. high temperatures across the region, 67 in philadelphia. and perhaps a little bit cooler up in the northern suburbs. for the phillies tonight reds and phils phils try to sweep the cincinnati guys, 64 degrees for the first pitch. cool weather has not bothered the phils the last couple of nights and it won't bother you tonight if you're heading to the game. tomorrow there will be sprinkles and drizzles around, otherwise clouds in the morning hours, in the afternoon we'll see them
