that died at the hospital and in the middle of the chaos even the suspect's family is in trouble. david quite a bit to sort out here because it involved several police departments. >> the chester police department turned this investigation over to the delaware county district attorney's office that is normal procedure in any case involving a police related fatality, and it all started with a robbery, 55-year-old female was robbed at gun point of a cell phone and currency. >> a police radio call went out with a description of the suspect, county sheriffs serving warrants in the area spotted a man on a bicycle matching the description and had a gun. and the police car collided with the bicycle, the suspect sherman byrd died a short time later at the hospital and police found

joseph down the shore one of our favorite places adam what is going on? >> lets say a lot. especially when you look at the ocean, look how angry it looks look a washing machine now, a strong easterly wind 25 to 30 miles per hour, and at times getting periods of spotty showers and drizzle and temperatures in the 50s, lets just say it's not the best day to be at the shore. >> you know what? any day is a great day to be at the shore. as we look at stormtracker 6 live double scan we close in to the shore communities a few patches of green that is pulling in with the easterly wind as we look at the temperatures along the shore it's 58 from surf city all the way down to avalon, and cape may 59 and philadelphia 67 and reading 64 degrees and also 64 degrees in trenton. as we look at the satellite, we have a lot of clouds and it's

very raw feeling in the mid-atlantic and rain is heavy at times in the central park of virginia. that steady, heavy rain remains to the south as we look at friday new pressure across the delmarva, so between the two we have stubborn clouds here and maybe some late peeks of sun with a temperature of 73 degrees, and then on saturday, the high will move over the eastern part of the great lakes and maybe a morning a.m. shower is possible still and sunshine is breaking out with a temperature of 82 degrees as we look at the poconos forecast clouds giving way to sun in the afternoon a temperature of 69 and saturday partly sunny and 73 degrees, so much better for the upcoming weekend and then on sunday sunny pleasant and 68 degrees so a little bit cooler and then as you head to the shore, the ocean temperature is just 58 degrees and with the wind coming off the water
