arrest them and now his father and sister are facing criminal charges after a wild incident last night. >> when you lose someone emotions run high, when there is a deceased person in your family emotions run high and we expect that. >> after a collision with a police car and a robbery suspect on the bicycle last night. the suspect 24-year-old sherman byrd was rushed to the hospital where he later died. police started chasing him after a woman was robbed at gun point. >> a 55-year-old woman was robbed of her cell phone and currency walking on meadow police say byrd took off on a bicycle after robbing the woman and they chased him to the alley where he collided with a police car and they found the gun at the scene. >> byrds family and friends

and this was taken on the kirkwood highway in delaware. very rare to see that. we see plenty of cloud cover and feeling the cool air with the winds off the ocean 65 degrees and hour high today 70. allentown 65 and wilmington 64 and millville 60 on the beach even cooler with the ocean temperature 58 degrees and only 57 degrees in sea isle city and atlantic city. satellite 6 along with action radar showing why there is low pressure to the south and high pressure to the north and combining forces with that. bringing forces from the east and that is meandering with lots of clouds. showers south of philadelphia, 58 for center city and another chilly night and tomorrow plenty of clouds especially early in the day by the afternoon we'll see peeks of sunshine especially north of philadelphia a little bit warmer than today but on
