the betsy ross bridge through this point to girard just win the last minute they pushed off the accident that was occupying the southbound right lane approaching the interchange. it is extra slow this morning as you come south of the betsy ross bridge heading toward center city on i-95. the vine street expressway, lighter than norm because everybody is stuck on i-95. the good news on the vine everything is reopened, it was closed overnight by the schuylkill expressway for construction it will close again tonight at 11:00 p.m. in both directions. how about the police activity that katherine scott is telling us about in the lawndale section of the city, blocking rising sun near tyson. stick with oxford avenue. crash involving the deer on 100 somebody everything is reopened there. in the southbound lanes of 130

we have accident blocking two of the southbound lanes burlington avenue and river road as an alternate to 130 on this friday morning. >> this story is developing an off-duty philadelphia police officer was forced to pull his weapon when two robbery suspects walked into a pizza shop and tried to hold it up. scott has been gathering details all morning on the 600 block of rising sun avenue. >> reporter: detectives is assigned to the northwest division being interviewed by internal affairs which is protocol when an officer fires a weapon. rising sun avenue by tyson there are officers and detectives, the crime scene unit was here, as well. it happened before 11:30 the off duty detective was the only customer inside the store when two men went into rising sun pizza. they put the gun to the

detective's head and took $20 out of his hand and forced to lie on the floor. the two robbers turned to the counter where the employee and owner were standing when the off-duty detective identified himself and pulled out his gun. suft suspects -- one of the suspects fired two shots from pointblank range he missed and the detective fired back. the two suspects took off running and dropped the loaded handgun inside the store. one collapsed in the parking lot and died. one neighbor said they picked the wrong shop to rob. >> they eat there constantly, it's not like a place police don't go. there's always police in the restaurant. >> and back here live you can see the front window of the shop is shattered from the shootout that happened last night. the search is on for the second suspect. it is unclear if he was hurt in

no. not possible. we're the settles! when we go on vacation, it's hard to find, like, those little activities that are kind of fun and educational. i think with williamsburg, you have all of that educational part rolled into the fun. it's already here. this is probably the most fun i've had all summer.
