searching for the driver that ran down a teenager and drove off. this happened within the hour of 3100 block of ridge avenue. investigators say 18-year-old man was struck by a vehicle that toop took off. as mentioned last seen westbound on girard avenue from ridgech the man was taken to han than critical condition we'll keep you updated as more information becomes available. >> ♪. >> the only thing we can hope for is our children make us proud by making a difference in the world beau has done that and then some. >> the beauty of beau was not how much he was loved, but how much love he could give.

police say wednesday night her exboyfriend michael itel ambushed and stabbed her in front of the home. he would be on the lam for three days until today when he hung himself in the gaj of unit block of holly. earlier this week, friends remembered bound as a gentle soul. >> there's no words. i mean she was wonderful girl. and very loveing. three years ago tomorrow bound's husband died in a motorcycle crash. friends say after his death, his friend itel was there for bound. it turned romantic and eventually deadly according to police. itel has a criminal record including kidnapping arrest. his co-workers at o'hare salon in summerdale said he began talk stalking her after the breakup and she got a restraining order but it did not protect her. >> i was scared for her. i think she hid a lot.
