i talked to police there state police in berks county and they're telling me that the roads in some parts were wet through part of the area. they're not sure if that contributed to the accident but they know it's anst involving a tractor-trailer and another vehicle and what they told me is they're trying to allow one lane to get by. it hasn't happened just yet but they're working on that. you can kind of see this tractor-trailer stuck here. the problem is you've got all this backed up traffic. they've got traffic they're not letting anybody get by. people backed up nowhere to go on i-78 eastbound. police tell me they're trying to get to a point where they allow some of that stuck traffic to get through. you can't get through there. everybody is being forced off on i-78. larry mcfly sent us this picture. speeds of six, 2 miles an hour leading to the accident scene on i-78 eastbound and that's the cars that are moving. there are a whole lot that just aren't moving at all as we can kind of see 0 miles an hour i saw earlier on some of this so it's a mess on i-78. basically route 22 runs parallel just south of i-78 so you can take 22 as your
