and there the unlikely hero matthew dellavedova with a 20-point night, as steph curry got it going but a little too late for the golden state warriors. and just like the conference semifinals they find themselves down two games to one. just like against the grizzlies. let's go to doris. >> doris: lebron to this point, no team has had an answer for golden state's high-powered offense. what are you guys doing so well defensively? >> just trying to make it tough on them. those threes steph had in the fourth quarter, he missed those in the first three. we have to continue to wear on them. that's all we can do. and we got some learning to do. i've always said about this team the best teacher in life is experience. and that last minute and a half we got a lot to learn from. >> doris: the most improbable hero of this series matthew dellavedova. what is this guy made of? >> made of steel or something.

down overnight at a loading dock in yeadon. thinks name, tim childs. and this is a sketch of the man the police are after. by all accounts they are getting closer. and when they find them they will charge him with murder. it is tuesday night, and the big story on "action news" tonight is new developments in the search for a killer in delaware county. "action news" reporter dann cuellar has the very latest. >> multiple agencies on the look out for the killer the police have very good leads. the victim's family reached out to "action news" to let us know what kind of person their loved one was. this picture of tim childs gunned down this morning. in a statement the family says he was a hard-working has been loving husband, father grandfather and friend loved by all who came in contact with him. late today they recovered his cell phones and items at the fernwood cemetery in lansdowne.

turnpike just wrapped up in the last hour and a half. all of the rain last night opened a sizable sinkhole along the southbound lanes in montgomery county. and that is near the bridge over green lane road. and the authority had to shutdown a stretch for road repairs and causing an enormous back up this afternoon in the rush hour. crews kept the southbound lanes closed between lansdale and mid county before reopening at 10:45 tonight. >> hundreds gathered to pray for the student hit and run on sunday morning, the wide receiver on the football team. and the driver turned himself in monday afternoon. the search continues for the hit and run motorist striking

stage actor and writer michael toner happening at 1:00 this morning at 11th and market and sharrie williams was there tonight. >> michael toner found lying in the middle of the street. when this happened it was raining very hard. that may have made visibility low but the detectives say that the drive who kept going still should have known they hit someone. >> he is a really good person and everybody knows that in town and loves him. >> the theater community thinking of one of their own, veteran stage actor, michael toner in the hospital after struck by a driver. happening around 1:00 a.m. tuesday morning during a heavy rainstorm. >> no part of the car was left behind, and we have nothing like that. >> and friends with toner for 25 years and working with him on the local circuit. >> i heard later that it was a hit and run. it was like, you know a punch

involved in the hit and run, as for mr. toner and how he is doing. a friend temperatures us he is conscious and communicate -- a friend he is that he is conscious and communicating with his hand. and evidence with a fatal traffic spot where an officer shot and killed a man. the video in december 26-year-old brandon tate-brown was reaching into a car for a loaded gun after an escalation and a scuffle and refusal to be handcuffed handcuffed. and the protests in the city about it. and the family suing the city over the shooting said this video and interviews gave the officers to internal affairs investigators a contradictory story. and they previously refused to

charge the officers with criminal wrongdoing. with after reviewing the surveillance not made public. and in hamilton hospitaltownship looking at what happened to their homes. fire destroyed 20 row homes, and they say a roofer's blow torch sparked the blaze going from roof to roof. red cross helping some displaced and the township is helping at the nearby center. surveillance video, helping to catch a suspect. tips came in after this video of a bank robber firing his gun. it happened in plymouth meeting last week. fortunately nobody was hit. today they arrested a 38-year-old suspect in his apartment in norristown. they are withholding his name

unless he is formally charged. and they found a gun hidden under a child's toy chest. they say the suspect was out of work for months and his wife is 9 months' pregnant. and hoping for resolution after this video airs. cameras show two crooks stealing air conditioners from a shopping mall on at 1:00 a.m. they were xieg and strapping down compressor units practically overloading the back of the pick up truck. business owners are hot under the collar tonight. >> we do music lessons and the studios don't have air conditioning. we had to move the students so they could take lessons comfortably. >> the merchants say it is not the first time they heard of air conditioner thefts in the area and the police have not linked today's time to
