may have been a distraction. >> the analysis of the phone records show that no calls texts or data occurred during the derailment of the train. and the engineer did not access the wifi system while operating the locomotive. that was the big question when the ntsb chair was on the hill and that the records were more complex than first thought and the analysis with was taking longer than expect. >> we are inexpecting the engineer's records. >> now the safety agency can now say that the engineer's phone was connected, they cannot say if the phone was in use in airplane mode, if it was in

airplane mode it could still be used to listen to music or view videos stored in the phone it said that it continues to examine the phone's operating system. >> the agency is trying to figure out why amtrak 188 was traveling at more than 100 miles per hour into the frankford curve that has a 50 miles per hour speed limit. brandon bostian does not remember the time that the locomotive accelerated. hundreds of people were seen by medical personal and some are still in rehab and care up and down the east coast of the united states, we find that there are still four in acute care in hospitals in philadelphia and two at temple not in critical and two at hahnemann still in critical.

they are looking for the car that struck the man in olney the victim was walking westbound at a crosswalk against the red traffic light at 1:30 this morning where he was struck and is being treated at einstein hospital police believe he was driving a dark colored accura or honda and are working on a better description of that vehicle in north philadelphia police are investigating an overnight shooting where a neighbor was struck by a stray bullet along the 3100 block of front street a man riding a bicycle started to shoot at another man and missed the target and one bullet struck a 53-year-old bystanders sitting on his front steps. police are still looking for the shooter. from our delaware news room, the prisoner that escaped from delaware corrections is back in custody. isiah thompson was on work detail when he escaped yesterday, he was arrested at

the first data facility. a security guard was looking at surveillance video and called police when he saw someone crawl through a broken door. meanwhile, the manhunt is still going on door-to-door near a state prison in new york. abc news correspondent, marcy gonzales reports from the prison site in upstate new york. >> after combing through dense woods -- and going door-to-door. >> there are cops everywhere. >> following up on a tip that the two fugitives may have been spotted in a small town 35 miles from the prison. >> they were trying to get an idea of where they were. investigators found nothing. now moving their search back to new york where they escaped from the federal facility this
