continuing to investigate. >> in terms of cause of the philadelphia accident, do we know anymore about that yet? >> the senate hosting rail safety experts including an ntsb board member was engineer brandon bostian using his cell phone prior to the crash the latest finding analysis of the phone records did not indicate that any calls texts or data occur during the time before the crash and he did not access the train's wifi system while operating the locomotive, the board member put it this way. >> we have determined that there was no talking or texting or data usage involved however -- >> however the safety agency went out of its way to explain it can rule out that the phone was connected to wifi or a cellular system but cannot tell

yet if it was connected to an outside system. the significance in airplane mode the phone could be a potential distraction if someone was accessing video or email. >> there are 400,000 pieces of data involved in the analysis because of the exten of that, the use of an app or other use of the phone has not been determined. >> the big question is of course, why did amtrak 188 with bostian at the controls speed up to 106 miles per hour speed up at the curve that has a 50 miles per hour speed limit, he told investigators he cannot remember what led up to the mishap. was the phone switched off or the airplane mode they will look at human factors and get drug and alcohol testing back, and mechanical issues eight people

for allegedly sexually abusing a student at phelp school sin 2013. chad pradelli is live with more. >> reporter: the chester koipt district attorney says that the teacher befriended, groomed and then sexually assaulted the students. >> chester county authorities say that matt scavitto sexually assaulted the student at his apartment and at a summer camp in new hampshire and told them he was instructing them how to be with a girl and the victim was afraid to go to authorities. >> they manipulated someone that relied on him and took advantage of the trust. >> he taught social studies and taught basketball. and police arrested him there last night after the victim

eventually went to police two days ago and phelp's -- many students from around the world. >> the teacher was this student's teacher coach and dorm supervisor manipulated the student to come to the teacher's house which was an on campus apartment at the phelps school and sexually assaulted the student an his own home. >> the student has since graduated but they worry there are other victims. >> the school has been cooperative and we encourage parngs to talk to their children. >> a little over an hour ago the school released a statement, the phelps school was shocked and saddened to learn of the arrest ofa faculty member and we can assure members of phelps
