i-95 we're heavy from academy to cottman and betsy ross bridge to girard as you head southbound toward center city. no accidents or anything, just a slow go there. we have issues in delaware county. this is i-95 at 420 northbound just ahead we have a disabled truck blocking the right lane and southbound a disabled van on the shoulder, so you want to watch for that, northbound and southbound some issues, seeing northbound slowing right here, as well because of that. construction blocks not one but two lanes on the turnpike eastbound that may cause a slow go between valley forge and norristown, you're seeing that in some spots. live in new jersey on 42 northbound traffic creek road no big problems there roads are clear and dry and good to go in new jersey. >> breaking right now an abandoned purse is all the police have been able to torched of a missing teenager. she was last seen walking near germantown avenue at 8:00 p.m.

last night. his father said he picked up the 17-year-old after attending a concert in camdenment on their way home, the father said the teen asked to stop because she was not feeling well and needed to relieve herself. her father said she walked into the woods when she didn't return he want looking foreand called 911. police checked the wood wood area where she was last seen. we had k-9 officers with the dogs check the wooded area. widow our aviation unit helicopter overhead with their lights. >> the teen was wearing a maroon haltering top and jean shorts and white sneakers. >> happening today the sentencing for the black market body sculpture better known as the black madam was convicted of third degree murder. a british dancer died after she

mitchell went to the hospital with chest pains the day the convicts were reported missing. >> chester county school teacher is off the job and in jail. he was a teacher coach and supervise at the phelps school in malvern. a former student claimed abuse on campus between 2013 and 2014. police are concerned there may be other victims. a former principal in atlantic city is accused of stealing more than ten thousand dollars raised for the uptown school complex where she worked latishaman was charged yesterday. if convicted she faces up to ten years in prison. security council will call for a special committee to

days you have to be careful about this. storm tracker 6 live double scan we're dry this morning. taking a look outside sun getting in through the early clouds at the shore. shore will be one of the few places where you'll get a break there. 71 degrees in philadelphia. dewpoint creeping up so it's humid, the temperatures so far not too bad. winds south/southwest at 8. a little bit breezy. in the day and mid afternoon hours, clouds and sun by 3:00 p.m. there could showers and thunderstorms in the poconos. we head in toward dinnertime showers and thunderstorms may dip closer to trenton and allentown. where they hit they could produce drenching downpours and light winds. the rest of the region looks to be hot and humid and missing out on most of the stormy activity. by 11:00 p.m. we're dieing down for the most part.

the big story today is the heat and humidity. 73 by 8:00 a.m. 11:00, 86. if you have errands to run get them done early in the day because this afternoon we'll be in the 90s with a high of 95 tieing a record high in philadelphia. if we hit that that would be around 4:00 p.m. this afternoon. so pretty soupy out there. several records may fall or at least be tied. philadelphia looks to be the most likely. allentown, 92. close to the record. one degree off in wilmington, looks like reading and the airport atlantic city will miss out. if you head a little past the airport and go toward the shore you'll get a break. high temperatures 8 old from surf city to ocean city. ocean temperature, 65 off the south jersey coast and 66 off rehoboth beach and bethny beach. clouds and sun. we have more thunderstorms

mainly north possible, 95 degrees is the forecast high again tomorrow that would be another record-territory high with another thunderstorm around. the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast shows that things do get better, 95 today and tomorrow. two oppressively humid days, particularly friday it will be worse than today humidity wise. sticky on saturday, high of 90. if we hit that that will be three days of 90 or better that will be the first season heat wave. we miss that, but either way it will be a sticky day take it easy. sunday we ease back to 85 degrees, there's a chance of pop-up shower or thunderstorm on saturday, on sunday the area is dry. monday partly sunny and 84, perhaps a storm there staying in the mid 80s on tuesday and wednesday. three real hot days, two especially and then things get better. >> a rm toker girl -- a former
