in the 50s on the blue route the schuylkill expressway and i-95. no big issue right there. taylor swift concert tonight. i know somebody who will be there, lincoln financial field we've seen that before and i had a great time with the kids. plumstead bucks county. downed tree at river and ferry roads. >> medics on the way to temple university hospital stumbled upon a man wounded by gunfire and drove him to the hospital. he was shot 3 times in the back along west ontario street in hunting park section of the city. the search for the gunman is on. the red cross is helping nearly 80 people this morning who were displaced by a fire that ripped through a delaware county apartment building. katherine scott is outside the stafford court apartments in landsdown. katherine. >> reporter: matt, that's right 80 people were displaced.

two people were taken to the hospital after the fire in the apartment complex that starting pointed in the downstairs storage unit. around 80 people are now out of their homes. the fire started around 7:00 p.m. on the unit block of north landsdown avenue. residents watched as the flames quickly spread. >> within two minutes there were flames on the bottom coming out of the basement and five minutes later they were on the third floor. >> 911 calls alerted the fire department. animal control officers were there working to revive injured pets. this man checked on his friends after hearing he was taken to the hospital. >> he was taken to the hospital he is having trouble breathing. >> reporter: fire crews worked in tandem. the bulk of the fire was from

with a huge haul from a school in west philadelphia. a person or persons stole 30 ipads and five computers from saint ignatius catholic school. the total value is $17,620. developing right now police are ramping up the already massive search for the convicted killers who escaped from a maximum security prison in upstate new york one week ago. five hundred officers are working to find the fugitives after search dogs may have picked up their scent. we have the latest on the investigation. >> reporter: this morning a massive police presence in this small new york town. road blocks in place schools shut down, hundreds of armed officers on the search for the two convicted murderers who made a daring escape from the prison three miles away.
