traffic karen rogers in for david murphy and matt pellman has traffic. good morning. >> reporter: it is warm and horribly humid and some areas getting heavy rain. storm tracker 6 live double scan showing we're not getting anything here, but along the coastline you can see the live lighten strike near atlantic city. be careful if you're along the shoreline in surf city and belmawr. west of the city we're seeing some form right now. you'll see them move through the area, anyone who gets them it's heavy downpours because of the humidity we have out here. it's 75 degrees, kind of uncomfortable in philadelphia. 74 in allentown. temperatures basically uniform. 73 in millville. through the day today it's going to be warm and humid. the best chance for the storms happening this thorch -- this morning and later this afternoon and evening. 78 by 9:00 a.m. noon mostly dry 83.

county left four people injured it broke out on skippack road lower salford township at 2:00 a.m. katherine scott is on the scene look for video and update from her later him. an armed robber is in custody following a high-speed chase that ended in a crash that injured two pennsylvania state troopers. state police say they were called in to assist reading police regarding a stolen car they began chasing it on 422 heading east. troopers positioned their vehicles in front of the suspect's vehicle and the driver ran into the trooper's vehicles. the troopers were taken to the hospital for minor injuries. the suspect daniel vazquez was taken to reading police to face assault charges. there's a massive cleanup underway in west philadelphia. a 3-foot water main burst and millions of gallons of water flooded the area around 500

the crash on the black horse pike in folsom called state police they said it is minor and out of the way. >> two guys were caught on camera robbing a metro cell phone store and set it on fire. the bandit drops down and looks afternoon and climbs back in the hole in the roof. 20 minutes later a second guy drops in, this guy begins stuffing the bag with cell phone. they douse the store with gasoline and set it ablaze. >> new on "action news," a teenage boy is accused as a robbery mastermind and targeted his own home for a daytime hit. he was caught on the video system. he helped three known gang members plan the break in. terrified family members ran and hit in different rooms while the knife-wielding thief ransacked the home.
