>> reporter: storm tracker 6 live double scan shows we not only have rain, but in some areas torrential downpours. this is moving on the garden state parkway and atlantic city, surf city, lightning associated with this, one live strike when it moved through the region of philadelphia and i-95 there were torrential downpours you'll be dealing with that leftover rain this morning. i've got a wider view on storm tracker 6 live. we've got a chance for a shower or thunderstorm at any point. the torrential downpours that tore through the area are moving off the coastline right now. in its wake it's 70 degrees, feeling muggy. much of the day, 69 in allentown, 70 in millville. we have a front that comes through but not until later afternoon. we have areas of fog, 1.5 in reading. 3 miles in millville. that was less than a mile a minute ago.

it's reopened for the morning commute. wet in delco but traffic is moving okay. watch out for a crash in montgomery at horsham road at doylestown pike. >> now to the latest on the church massacre in charleston, south carolina. the man accused of opening fire on people as they sat in bible study will appear in court. dylann roof gunned down nine people at the historical ame church captured outside of charlotte north carolina. a friend of roof who tipped off the fbi claimed that blacks were overtaking the world. he was a record that includes drugs abbey trespass charges. a facebook page shows him wearing a flag for south africa or rhodesia. meantime, friends and family of the victims are trying to copy

it could days or weeks before the other stores reopen. a separate water main broke here last year and damaged five storms. the water main was installed in 1895. official say it's not common for breaks to happen in the warmer months. >> police are searching for the man who raped and robbed a woman in southwest philadelphia early yesterday morning. the victim was on her way to work and waiting for the bus in the 2600 block of 55th street. the man came up from behind and put something to her head and dragged her into the alley, he took off with her wallet and debit cart i had. police say a driver was trying to make a turn when he hit the fence. a piece of the fence hit the boy who suffered minor injuries. witnesses say the driver had a 6
