suspect exraind that blacks were -- complained that blacks were overtaking the world. kenneth moten who is a beat reporter for abc news filed this report from charleston. >> reporter: a memorial of flowers and balloons and candle outside the ame emanuel church. >> our church will get through it it's tough times but i know for a fact that everybody will press on. chris singleton's mother was one of nine targeted and killed by suspected gunman dylann roof. it happened after a bible study at the historic black church. >> my mom was a god fearing woman. >> reporter: roof was captured outside north carolina 12 hours after the shooting killed a well-known state senator and the church's pastor clemente pinkney. >> clemente was a cousin, but

stranded after a water main are you positive ruptured at the parking lot in the shop rite. firefighters carried children out of the shop rite and helped elderly customers some had to be taken out of in inflatable boats. the water main was installed in 1895. it will take days or weeks before other stores reopen. detectives are searching for a man who raped or robbed a woman in south philadelphia yesterday. the victim was waiting for a bus on the 2600 block of 55 street. the man came up from behind and put something to her head and dragged her into the alley. he took her wallet that had cash and debit card and i.d. rock and royalty will be hitting the stage at the firefly music festival. sir paul mccartney will be

rolling this way but no rain is coming down by the 30 bypass, so the traffic is moving okay. # 22 if you -- 322 if you drive through honeybrook good news they will reopen the bridge to two lanes one lane in each direction. it's been one lane of alternating traffic since march. you're back to two lanes on 322 in honeybrook starting monday. phoenixville we have a crash on nut road at gay street. it's off to the side. 422, showers rolling through this area, kind of wet in pottstown, but the thing we want to talk about here is construction changes this weekend starting at 7:00 p.m. until tomorrow evening they are going to begin to work to shift the eastbound traffic on 422 on to the newly constructed bridge over the schuylkill river. if you're traveling eastbound tonight through tomorrow you could see delays by tomorrow evening you should be rolling on that new bridge that is

exciting. in egg harbor township construction starting at 9:30 closing mill road eastbound near old zion road to get around that, until everything is reopened at 4:00 p.m. we have reports of a pothole in the road in upper hanover along ray field road. no problems on the northeast extension all the overnight construction is out of the way. >> a fire in california has burned three homes after jumping a nearby river. no injuries were reported but the fire continues to burn along the riverbed. nine structures were threatened after the blaze spread afternoon. witnesses say the smoke is visible for 20 miles away. the weather is not helping. winds are picking up 15 to 18 miles per hour. new on "action news," amid allegation of intimating and harassing behavior, rachel dolezal has been removed from a police oversight commission.

she made headlines amid accusations they lied about her race. rachel dolezal along with two other people created a hostile work environment prompting a staffer to quilt. she leaked sensitive information about the on going police misconduct investigation. u.s. law enforcement has added david sweat and richard matt to their most 15 wanted list. sweat was serving a life sentence without parole in the killing of a sheriff's deputy. matt was doing 25 years to life in the kidnapping, torture and dismemberment of his former boss. teenagers in pennsylvania were caught on camera trespass in a hot tub. they used the hot tub without permission, officers posted the
