you may see extra northbound traffic with people coming back from the shore for now it's quiet and you're good to go. >> and we are starting this morning with breaking news, three people shot in their car in north philadelphia, police are looking for the shooter. katherine scott is live at hanheman university hospital in center city. good morning katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam two people are inside the hospital right now being treated for gunshot wounds, the car they were in is parked outside hanheman emergency room. it is surrounded by crime scene tape. drivers side window is shattered it happened apt 11th street at 2:00 a.m. several shot several bullets inside the car that the two men were in. one got the out of the car and ran to a nearby home. the other man drove himself to
