without power here in brook haven officials set up a shelter at borough hall three people coming to get food. three people slept there last night and more people showing up for meals. delaware county is opening a shelter at ppl park they talked to philadelphia union officials yesterday so people can take a shower and have food as the cleanup efforts continue. another day of cleanup in delaware county. residents spent their wednesday trying to get their home in order after storm snapped trees and tore down power lines. >> i got caught driving in it. it was horrifying. >> i parked it was surreal. i thought for a second, this is not real. >> reporter: thousands remain without power several shelters open in the power hundreds have come to this shelter at borough
