strong watch box up in the virginias and north carolina and that will stay for the most part away from the region and the bulk of the moisture moves in late tonight and during the overnight hours and if you look at this you can see the heaviest down towards baltimore and to the south and dover we'll talk about what to expect with the moisture on the way showers and steady rain developing later tonight as we go through the overnight hours far south in delaware and southern sections of jersey a quarter to half inch on the way looking to be wet through the morning rush on friday. taking a closer look at future tracker 6 and looking at the precipitation with the full accuweather forecast. it's two days now since severe storms caused major damage across our region tonight the power is still out for many and the cleanup continues lets go live to vernon odom, in east greenwich

gloucester county. >> thank goodness it is open for two days now the power has been off for two days for a lot of people and store shelves are bare at this point, for folks the red cross and salvation army is the only salvation. >> people have received service at this operation center today and at least 250 were here yesterday and the need is still here folks in this neck of the woods are some of the many thousands of residents here in south jersey that are without power for 48 hours this center is vital providing food and water during the daylight hours and cell phone charging stations, we lost all power and computers and mobile devices and everything we come here to charge the phone. that is our only means of

the feltonville section this afternoon, five vehicles were involved along the 4800 block of north front street, medics transported a man and woman to the hospital and no word on their conditions. newcastle county police were involved in a chase that ended in a crash this afternoon officers were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle on mill creek and mendenhall roads in hockessin, the driver of the vehicle took off and the chase ended when the fleeing car hit head-on into another vehicle. in other news tonight, the supreme court handed down a big victory for president obama's health care law today, in a 6-3 decision the court upheld the subsidies for states that do not have their own health exchange.
