injustice was happening to. >> reporter: tom child was gunned down in yeadon during a robbery loading up his delivery trucks on june 9th. incident happened in the 6200 block of baltimore avenue at 348 in the morning. a witness provided this description of the killer to police but he has not been captured. >> i don't want this guy to get away with this deed. i don't want this guy outside on the street, hurting somebody else. >> reporter: what makes this more painful is sharon conn roy lost her only son who is also memorialized here, 36 year-old shawn patrick conn roy back in 2008, star bucks manager at marriott in center city was randomly attacked and killed in the subway concourse by five simon gratz high school students. >> you don't know what to do but you feel like you have to do something and it is my way of honoring my brother and hopefully catching his killer. >> reporter: through the citizens crime commission the family is offering a $10,000

now, that plant is owned by a lehigh valley company air products, which is based in upper macungie township. air products says it is stepping up security worldwide but all employees are accounted for. the attacker and victims were from a french trucking company. word tonight of yet another shark attack off north carolina coast it happened as a 47 year-old man was swimming in waist deep water with other people around and some dolphins spotted nearby. he is now the fifth person bitten in the past two weeks but that appears to be an unfortunate coincidence. today's attack happened at 11:45 near hat race island in the out are banks. it bit him in the back and right leg. red flags went up to warn the other beach goers. new jersey has a new budget, four days ahead of schedule but not everybody is happy. governor chris christie strips $1.6 billion from the democrats budget. he left three huge issues unresolved as well how to pay

for pensions overall how to fund schools and how to replenish the transportation fund. but the $33.8 billion budget does scratch tax hikes and he proposed increasing earned income tax credit for 500,000 low income residents. a budget impasse in the keystone state, governor tom wolf says the republican version of the budget is a non-starter and he will veto the $30.1 billion plan. the republican version proposes no new taxes it realize on money from liquor privatization that hasn't even passed yet and only gives schools limited money. wolf says he doesn't expect a budget to pass by next wednesday. republicans had already declared his budget, dead on arrival, weeks ago. for the 11th year in a row camden's leap academy university charter school has achieved 100 percent graduation, and college placement. two students, even earn more than a million-dollar on merit based scholarships, and at

in manayunk as well as ardmore, being inundated with rain and that continues up to germantown pike as well as 422, egypt road right off of 422 into phoenixville and spring city. the wind cannot move this anywhere so this particular region has seen rain now for about two hours and we have, flash flood warnings, which actually now i can see has been expanded. originally from skippack to he evansberg as well as lower and upper providence, east norriton until 3:00 in the morning. now you you can see it extend all the way down into southern montgomery county and parts of the philadelphia county because of those areas of downpours that are not moving. we have seen 3 inches of rain. if you know anyone out there who has to travel on 422 or schuylkill expressway give them a call and satisfaction take the back road just because so much water is falling in a very short amount of time. then tomorrow afternoon into sunday evening, we have, flash flood watch, in effect, for
