new this morning a teenager is recovering after being hit by a car in north philadelphia. it happened just after 10:30 last night on north broad near the intersection of oxford. initial reports are that the girl is 14 years old. medics rushed her to hanheman hospital. we're told the injuries are serious, but they are not believed to be life threatening. the scar stayed at the scene. the southbound lanes of broad street were shut down while police investigated. one escaped convict is dead and the authorities are searching for the other. richard matt and david sweat had been on the run after escaping from a maximum authority prison in upstate new york, sweat is still out there. authorities think he is armed and desperate. >> reporter: after thousands of officers searched hundreds of miles of dense terrain for three
