expressway, the westbound side has opened. eastbound is blocked with construction, expect it to reopen at any moment. it will close each night this week at 11:00. we're looking at the ramp eastbound to 8th street. looks like the traffic lights are out, you can see the police on the scene with this one trying to help you out with the flashing lights. for that one. water main break from a while back is causing a problem there use the numbered streets. blue route, schuylkill expressway i-95 speeds in the 50s, moving nicely. we're talking about closures dealing with last week's storm. gloucester county, the ramp to 295 to harmony road exit 17 closed due to downed wires. use 15 or 16 because they have reopened. there were a bunch of ramps that were shut down, now this one is shut down.

>> a plane crashed into a home in massachusetts slamming into the ground with such force it erupted into flames. we learned the plane started here locally taking off from lancaster airport. katherine scott is live in the satellite center she's got the latest details. >> reporter: good morning, tam that's right we know that the plane took off from lancaster airport, but we don't know the identities of the victims, all three people on board the plane died in the crash the family inside the home in massachusetts was able to survive. >> my kids were out in the yard playing they came in running and screaming. >> reporter: the plane crashed into a massachusetts home 9:45 p.m. killing three people on board. >> i fold the street down and took a hard left and banked and leveled off. >> i assumed it was thunder and i saw the house shake a little bit. >> reporter: the beach craft

be-36 aircraft had taken off from lancaster airport and heading to massachusetts before it crashed 30 miles southwest of boston. >> engine was sputtering as i recall. >> reporter: fire crews worked to distinguish the flames for about three hours. two adults and juvenile were killed. >> the amazing thing today the occupants of that home that was damaged by fire were able to safely escape. >> reporter: the crash remains under investigation ntsb is expected to be at the site of the crash later on today. we're live from the satellite center, katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> philadelphia police are investigating two separate shootings in the city's germantown section shots wrack out along the 3900 block of price street around 9:00 p.m. three men were shot multiple times. 34-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. a 31-year-old is in critical

condition, another 31 is in stable. no arrests have been made. gunfire erupted apt north wis ster and sheldon street were shot, police have not identified the suspect but believe robbery was the motive. a woodbury heights homeowner came home to find out that a car crashed into his home. the impact destroyed his daughter's bedroom. witnesses say the driver took off. the driver was seen fleeing towards lions avenue. thousands of residents in gloucester county, new jersey are without power right now 6 dates after the destructive storms extremely powerful winds tore down trees and toppled power lines to date there's been no emergency declaration
