made this storm system so damage itting. >> here is the latest from the national weather service for the tornado in honey brook an ef 1 rating it goes from ef 0 up to ef 5, those are the monster tornadoes we see in the midwest, it happened at 2:11 and the max sustained winds 95 miles per hour and the width was about a football field wide and a mile and a half damage with that particular tornado. here is the radar at the time the radar touched down near honey brook you can see the hook the hook we talked about yesterday, all the hail and heavy rain is north of the tornado and where you have that little inlet in the radar imagery that is where you got the wind to kick in and turn in the atmosphere. in fact, super storm cells are complex systems, all the rising air in the storm towering the clouds 40,000 feet in the

atmosphere and at the same time winds going up into the storm and dry air in the midlevels being syphoned into the storm and heading downward known as a rear flank down draft when you have the combination of the two and winds at the midlevels, you spin the atmosphere and the winds bring down the hail and the rain and eventually if the spin gets strong enough, it can bring down the wall cloud to reach the ground known as a tornado. today double scan live radar all the storms are in new you england. all is pushed away from our area and is quiet. but we have a little rain in our area for tomorrow we'll talk about that and the 4th of july forecast in a little bit. >> thank you any time you see breaking news we invite and encourage, to you join the action likes these viewers did during yesterday's storms, send
