>> good morning we're starting with breaking news, a train fire in tennessee has forced as many as five thousand people to flee their homes. a local abc station reporting that the train was carrying a flammable and poisonous gas when it went off the rails around midnight. >> brand new video into the newsroom of the evacuation efforts in maryville south of knoxville. red cross is at a shopping center where people have gathered. a shelter has been set up at a local high school. sheriff's deputies say people may not return to their homes for a day maybe two days,. >> these fumes get to you quickly and affect your sinuses

the shooting that happened here, a 29-year-old woman had been driving her car when police believe she was caught in the middle of a gun battle. she was rushed to the hospital. the road has opened. there's a man down there cleaning up the sidewalk a little bit after the shooting. the road had been closed for showers for the investigation. let's go to video of the car she was driving on the 200 block of south 27th street in camden. you can see the bullet holes. the car has since been towed. the woman was driving through the intersection at benson when she was hit in the back. she lost control of the car and crashed into a utility pole which is now bent up. she was rushed to cooper university hospital in critical condition. police took a man into custody on the scene. they found the other suspect when he showed up at kennedy hospital in cherry hill with a gunshot wound in his shoulder. he has been removed to cooper. in a separate incident about a mile 1/2 from here, an unmarked

police car was shot up around 11:30, the officer was on patrol in an unmarked car on haddon avenue. a bullet hit the drivers side door and glass shattered hitting the officer the bullet missed him by inches. he was taken to cooper hospital and released. >> a second floor balcony on a west philadelphia apartment building collapsed. this video is from the 6200 block of which you have the street. nobody was hurt. city inspectors are heading to the scene to investigate the investigate.
