be fatal for the bad guy, a man wearing a ski mask was shot and killed. a second person is dead. this happened in the tioga nicetown section where katherine scott joins us live. >> reporter: matt, that's right at this stage police believe this is a robbery gone bad. but it remains under investigation. they believe there are more people who might have been hear, her hoping people will come forward with tips. four people were shot, two died, investigators remain on the scene in tioga nicetown. there are a lot of evidence markers out here, as they continue to place them down as they look for bullets and fragments and pieces of the puzzle. police believe the robbery suspect stopped the group on the 1900 block of juniata street. someone in the group had an assault rifle according to police, there was an exchange of gunfire, the robber was hit and tried to get away, ran down to bruiner and died.

into a stopped truck leading to a deadly accident after midnight on the southbound lanes of i-95 near route 322 in chester. a driver rear ended a stopped tractor-trailer at full speed. one person was pronounced dead at the scene. we have details this morning in the search of the killer of an east mount airy woman. police have recovered the stolen laptop that belongs to regina brunner-holmes. she was beaten and slashed and left to die in her home on monday morning in what detectives believe was a robbery. no charges have been filed. an abandoned home is causing a concern in one north philadelphia neighborhood now it appears the city has agreed to step in after a resident called "action news" for help. the report in the 2400 block of north 18th street is on the verge of chance. trees have been growing underneath it and rodents call
