finish to the holiday weekend. things turn unsettled as we get into monday, tuesday and wednesday. not only will we see higher humidity levels we'll see the pop-up showers and thunderstorms and drenching downpours again i'll have the details when i see you in a little bit. >> new this morning firefighters had to rescue several people trapped in a burning home off the ocean city boardwalk. the action cam was at the scene a three-story house in the 900 block of same time charles place -- saint charles place. the homeowner discovered the fire on the up unoccupied fires floor. >> the homeowner found the room on fire on the first floor. he attempted to put the fire out himself. he could not. and called 911. 6 people were found on one deck and more on another deck.

"action news." >> "action news" is back on the benjamin franklin parkway for the massive cleanup. crews got to work taking down the stage and picking up the trash. we'll have more in the next half-hour. when the parkway fireworks ended, they had to close off south street to allow people to move through, no serious problems were reported. we have a dropping story out of the hunting park section of philadelphia. police are looking for for the killer who stabbed a teenage girl. a pedestrian found the girl at around 3:45. she was lying in the passion of the walgreens farm city -- she was lying in the parking lot of the walgreens pharmacy she had a stab wound to the neck. the pedestrian flagged down a patrol car.

she rushed her to sign -- einstein shop where she was pronounced dead. action cam was at the scene of the 5100 block of north front street. crews found a dead man in the front seat of the car shot three times. a second man was lying on the ground he had a bullet wound to the leg. that victim is in the hospital in stable condition. police are questioning him to try to figure out if he knows who fired the shots and why. >> greeks are casting their vote in a bailout referendum. their country is in default. banks are shut down. the greek prime minister said a no vote will strength his negotiating hand with the european union and the international money fund. happening today the world
