coast guard saved a baby girl who drifted out to sea in an inflatable raft. the girl's parents didn't realize she was out there until other beach goers spotted the child floating in the water. the 10-month-old baby was half a mile out until rescuers brought her back to her family. >> doesn't look like she was strapped in or anything. >> reporter: that's scary stuff. very lucky there. we're lucky with good rides on the roadway, this is the boulevard and he thinks at the henry avenue overpass, traffic is moving great so far this morning no big issues. nearby in east falls milling work begins on kelly drive at ridge avenue and hunting park avenue and midvale avenue up to wissahickon. and roxborough milling between walnut lane and ridge.
