the pound and this particular roadside stand is run by a group of students getting a lesson in business outside of classroom. glassboro high school kicks off its farm stand this week, featuring vegetables and fruits grown locally in new jersey and the stand itself is run by the teenagers, through it the students get a glimpse of working in the real world there are eight positions and the students go through filling out an application and an interview and they are taught to run the business from start to finish. >> i am learning customer service and bagging and carrying groceries to the car sometimes it's a great program. >> it's for people without work experience that can actually learn from it. it's a good way to make money. >> now the farm stand program was started by rutgers decades

be on the lookout for this gusty storm to the west and rainfall rates 2 inches per hour in mays landing and 14 lightning strikes in this vicinity. despite the fact that it's not severe, anything storm with lightning is dangerous. dew points are between 75 and 77 dover is at 76 that is truly tropical air and even though it's lower to the north and west. it's still very uncomfortable no matter where you are. millville down to 36 because of the recent rain and you can see the winds how they converge right here from the northwest and the southwest, that is near what we call the sea breeze front and that is helping to fuel it in the southern areas, the warm front is draped through the ohio and tennessee valley, a low near st. louis and that low moves north tomorrow and that will be the force can mechanism

tonight after "action news" at 6:00. in other news, a construction worker was rushed to the hospital after a partial collapse at a construction site. it happened on the 1200 block of 45th street the crews were tearing a building down when the wall collapsed on to a 45-year-old man, he is expected to be okay. in minneapolis county this is colonial county this is technician michael morris he is charged tonight with having sex with a senior at plymouth white marsh high school. they say they have evidence that the relationship starts before the student turned 18. morris is in jail on $15,000 bail. the county sheriff's department rounded up nine parents that failed to pay their child support, these are the four men and one woman that authorities want to find, collectively they owe more than

>> the confederate flag is still a point of debate for south carolina lawmakers, the state house of representatives took up a bill to remove the flag from the state house to the museum. that overwhelmingly passed through the senate and some members of house stalled the bill for amendments or debate. today's debate comes one day after the house voted to ban the confederate flag from cemeteries. the senate has yet to approve that measure. the washington red skins received another legal blow in their fight to keep their name trademarked. a federal judge ordered them to keep the trademark registration and that the name could be offensive to native americans and that cancellation infringed on their right to free speech. the cancellation won't take affect until the team completes the appeals progress. >> jaime apody is live in the "action news" sports center with
