debris strewn on the ground. walls collapsed. >> heavy straight line winds or tornado. we have a video of a funnel cloud. >> reporter: an "action news" viewer certainty this to us, about a mile from there heavy damage at blue mountain elementary school. strong winds ripped the roof off the building. in media this enormous tree came crashing down snapping the utility pole and knocking out power at kicker lane. >> i was looking out the window and the smoke came flying through, it almost got on my food, i was scared. >> reporter: the national weather service could be called out to investigate the funnel clouds spotted at some of those sights if they were contacted by county authorities. >> the action cam found damage

damaged. the drug enforcement agency is investigating seven urgent care clinics across the area. the feds are looking into whether the centers illegally sold prescription drugs. dea agents took a doctor at the city avenue location into custody and questioned the workers there. a teenager is accused of setting an 11-year-old boy on fire in southwest philadelphia. the victim told police 17-year-old threw hand sanitizer on him and held a cigarette up to his skin. he is behind bars facing a number of charges including aggravated assault and arson. edwin olivo is charged with homicide by vehicle. investigators say he didn't
