you again in just a bit nydia. >> chris, thank you. developing overnight a young man was shot to death in philadelphia. he was shot only the 3400 block of kroll street in north philadelphia at 11:35. before the gunfire he received a phone call. he asked his grandmother to watch his kids before he want out to see one. police don't know if the call was connected to his killing. police say the victim served jail time for narcotics. philadelphia police are looking for a sexual predator who struck on the golf course. they say he attacked a woman at cobbs creek golf course in overbrook park. jeff chirico has more. >> reporter: it happens before daylight when a man passed her on foot and turned around and

of port richmond street they found the driver in the car. he was taken to temple hospital in stable condition. new this morning police are looking for the killer who gunned down a man at a philadelphia playground. the action cam was at the scene in the 1200 block of south 30th street in grays ferry section of the city. at 2:00 a.m. residents heard three gunshots one hit a man in the held. he was pronounced at the scene. of witnesses say the man lived nearby. so far homicide detectives have not said if they have any motives or suspects in this case. turning to a terrifying experience an explosion rocking a beach in rhode island. the force of it was so strong, a woman nearby was sent flying. we get more from abc's mary bruce. >> rocks falling. officials investigating what caused a terrifying explosion in the middle of a crowded beach.
