this morning no injuries were reported. leaders have agreed on a bailout deal for greece. officials say the approves financial deals and support. the deal came this morning on the third straight day of talks. u.s. stock features are slightly higher on the agreement. the celebratory boating trip ended tragically on the delaware river. crews recovered the body of chris allen on at national park on the delaware river he had just celebrated his 46th birthday. >> reporter: family members say 46-year-old had been swimming in the delaware many times before, but yesterday he jumped in the water and never reassure faced. >> at first we didn't know what

was going on. >> reporter: dawn miller was on the delaware in national park and saw people rushing to help. she learned this mans 46-year-old chris allen had been pulled under by the current. he jumped off his friend's boat from a sand bar without a life rest. >> another gentleman seen him go down and tried to get over to him, as he got over to him he was pulled down again. >> reporter: the father of four took his picture on saturday as he celebrated his 46th birthday on saturday. he was a strong swimmer and went out on the boat often. the new jersey state police and marine searched the area. all boats were told to stay in place around 1:30 when rescue crews started to help. people what's going on? somebody was drowning. >> very distraught. we all were, we all were.
