road and walnut is gone. no worries on the turnpike east/west, northbound near quakertown they are taking out the right lane. electrical repairs 73 northbound along atrium way. no time given on that. >> a shooting victim is fighting for his life in grays ferry. they found casings the victim ran from the scene and collapsed on the 1500 block of south taney street. the 21-year-old man is undergoing surgery. it's unclear if he will survive. they are looking for one or two begunmen who fled in a light-colored van. the search is on for four young men who tried to get into

a home in mount airy. katherine scott has more on the footage. >> reporter: this is very clear surveillance footage police released it, because they wanted the public's help. let's go to the footage, you can see the terrifying ordeal tuesday night. the home security system caught clear images of the heavily armed men. this happened around 10:30 in west mount airy. the first suspect knocked on the door the homeowner answered. the suspect pulled out a sawed off shotgun. another man rushed up with a handgun. they were joined by two more guns, investigators picked up the fingerprints. police believe they may have had the wrong address. >> two arm with handguns and two shotguns, very brazen and very dangerous individuals somebody we want to get off the

glg we're taking a live look here from temple university into center city. a beautiful start to the day karen rogers says keep the windows open you'll have a refreshing breeze coming through. getting up to 82 for the high today. >> what you got there matt, good stuff please? >> reporter: i think the weather is the good stuff this morning. traffic wise we're seeing major problems, i think on nice mornings, people let their guard down and don't drive as defensively as carefully. i-95 southbound side all shut down approaching the commodor barry bridge in delaware county. you may be able to kind of see the accident. the camera is shaking a little bit, blocking all southbound lanes. northbound you have a gaper delay. let's pull in the commuter report with the waze app. a lot of people are talking about this accident on i-95

southbound. someone posting a picture which is okay because they are stopped in the southbound lanes coming from the blue route 476 heading toward the commodor barry bridge. traffic not getting by whatsoever. you can use the waze app by using the alternates, local 13 or route 1 the media bypass. no problems on those. depending on where you're going work into south jersey by the walt whitman bridge run 295 to the commodor barry bridge to come back into pennsylvania. if you get into pennsylvania at the commodor barry bridge and then jump on i-95 south you'll be south of the accident scene. we're watching a crash in yardley, bucks county the continental tavern along north main street. lookover lane and college avenue alternates around that. septa regional rail line not
