rush police say that a truck was going too fast when it overturned and spilled trash on the ramp from the schuylkill expressway to route 202 john rawlins live now in king of prussia with more. >> hi sara it was a mess for commuters and the ramp was reopen at 9:19, and the driver lost control of his rig in pennsauken and it's not clear why it was traveling as fast as it was. there are warning signs advising 25 miles per hour. the incident occurred at 6:00 a.m. on the final portions of ramp where the traffic merges with southbound 202 when the 18 wheeler tipped over debris rained over. and it is used by 13000 vehicle
