the woman jumped into a jeep with a small child and took off hitting a group of people and two parked cars, she came to a symptom where she crashed into a fence. the driver and small child and three pedestrians suffered injuries, they are in stable condition. another man is fighting for his life after being struck in newark last night. this happened on east chestnut hill road and gender road. police say the man was walking along the side of the road when a jeep hit him. he is in critical condition the driver at the jeep remained at the scene. >> it is 50:00 # a woman's ran -- it is 5:03, police say a woman's random drive ends by hitting with a stray bullet. john rawlins has more. good morning john. >> reporter: good morning, tam it is our understanding that the woman struck by gunfire will need additional surgery. she is in stable condition. it is our understanding that she was driving along 17th street

shortly before 11:00 p.m. there was gunshots fired she felt pain in her back and found she had been shot. ten shots wrack out in the night as -- wrack -- rang out in the night, one of bullet struck the rear of the gray mazda and struck the woman. >> the bullet went through the rear seat and driver seat and struck her in the back. there were two others in the vehicle at the time, all in their 30s neither was injured. >> the driver was rushed to temple hospital where she was upgraded from critical to stable. back at the original scene. >> in addition to the ten shell casings, we found several vierls of what appears -- vials of what

appears to be crack cocaine. >> all the evidence points this way, that this is a case of the driver in the wrong place at the wrong time. no evidence of road rage or altercation of argument that would have led to the escalation of the shooting. john rawlins channel 6 "action news." >> thanks, john. now to an "action news" exclusive, radnor township police joins pennsylvania state police in arresting five people in a late night prostitution sting only "action news" was there at the district justice at newtown square as they were brought in to face the judge. they arrested two men saying they knowingly drove the woman to the hotel for the act. all five people are facing prostitution charges. developing this morning the fbi is investigating the deadly attack of two military sites in tennessee as terrorism. the gunman has been identified as mowmed -- mohammand youssef

abdulazeez, a kuwait born citizen. he opened fire on two separate sites in chattanooga. the fbi said there was no indication that anyone other than the gunman was involved. "good morning america" will have more on the deadly shooting spree in chattanooga after "action news." >> police are trying to figure out who murdered a west philadelphia graduate of drexel university in her apartment jasmine wright was discovered yesterday. wright's father called the property manager because he had not heard from his daughter. his daughter was beaten and strangled and left there for up to 24 hours. >> hillary clinton is saying no thanks to the mayor of
