found plenty of debris on the roadway. the women is in critical condition at christiana hospital. a stray bullet sliced through the trunk of a car and made it to the front seat where it wounded the woman behind the wheel. john rawlins is live at the 22nd police district in north philadelphia with the full story. >> reporter: well, matt, that woman is in stable condition at temple hospital. she will require additional surgery. it's a case of a driver being in the wrong place at the wrong time when someone started shooting. it was shortly before 11:00 p.m. when a young woman was driving her gray mazda when someone blasted away. ten shots were fired. one bullet hit the trunk of the car. by the time the car got to 17th and diamond the driver knew there was something terribly wrong. >> it's a small vehicle the

bullet went through the trunk the rear seat on the driver's side and went through the driver's seat striking the driver. the rear-seat passenger was very fortunate and very lucky to be sitting on the passenger side rear of the vehicle. several feet away, about two feet away if she was sitting behind the driver she could have been shot in the back. >> reporter: again back at the original scene the shooting at 17th and susquehanna. evidence of ten shots fired as well as of what police say were vials of crack cocaine. again, the driver was collateral damage street crime. she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. she will require additional surgery. >> radnor township and pennsylvania police arrested five people in a late night

prostitution sting. only the action cam was there at the district justice in newtown square as the five women were brought in to appear about the judge. police arrested two men accused of driving the women to a hotel to sell sex. all five face prostitution charges. federal versions have only begun to scratch the surface of the marines in chattanooga tennessee. >> right now the gunman looks like it acted alone police say was not on the terror list or the radar for terror. let's go live to chattanooga. >> reporter: a deadly rampage in chattanooga, tennessee two targets, the navel reserve center and this armed forces recruiting center. authorities trying to figure out

5:00 p.m. this evening. if you're coming out of the burbs you're coming in with a good ride. but we have an accident on southbound lanes of i-95 that sparked a truck fire in the southbound lanes by 273. one of the lanes is blocked. the truck is on fire, we'll have the fire crews responding to the scene and undoubtedly they will block more than one lane. the delaware memorial bridge we have construction through the this afternoon blocking a lane in each direction. hopefully they are out of there before the shore traffic hits this afternoon. watching a crash at old lancaster road by latch's lane by the old merion synagogue. let's go back to the scene of the crime in king of prussia. here's the evil ramp where the truck overturned from the schuylkill expressway westbound to the southbound lanes of 202.
