we'll have the details in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. >> reporter: yesterday was a rough ride into work, looking oh so much better. looking live at i-95 building southbound volume through the work zone but not a huge delay. i expect volume to be lighter than normal that's often the case on summertime fridays because people make it a longer weekend. we'll get a new traffic pattern on the northbound side of the i-95. they are expected to shift the pattern northbound side, heads up on that. no major issues on the schuylkill expressway or boulevard. there's a crash to watch out for in bala cynwyd at old lancaster road at latches lane. we're getting word of a cash in warminster, eastbound lanes of bristol and jacksonville road.

use bristol instead of alms house, the westbound side closed for the next few months. it was eastbound that was closed before. stay on street road that's probably the best bet. in delaware we had the crash and tractor-trailer fire in christiana that's off to the side, so the lanes are open and looking good on a friday morning. >> we begin with breaking news, a domestic fight that injured a child overnight. the fight started with a man and a woman. the fight escalated and the woman jumped into the jeep with a small child and took off hitting a group of people and two parked cars. she came to a stop when she crashed into a fence the driver and small child and three pedestrians suffered injuries, but are in stable condition. breaking two men are rushed to the hospital after a drive-by shooting in north philadelphia.

this happened at 2:00 a.m. near north front and west clear field streets. police say the victims were standings outside a pool hall when they were shot in the arms. both were taken to temple university hospital in stable condition. police found a white cadillac they say matches the description of the getaway car. >> 6:04, a woman's random drive through north philadelphia ended in a random shooting. police believe she was an innocent bystander when the bullet came through the trunk into the driver's seat. john rawlins is live at the 22nd district with more. >> reporter: good morning, tam the young lady, the victim in this case will need additional surgery. it is our understanding she was driving along 19th street at susquehanna when she discovered a pain in her back and discovered she was shot. ten shots rang out in the night as a young woman when her two friends were driving past

susquehanna. one of the bullets struck the rear of the gray mad did a -- mazda and struck her. >> the bullet went through the rear seat into the driver's seat and struck her in the back. >> reporter: the driver was rushed by police to temple hospital where she was upgraded from critical to stable condition. back at the scene at susquehanna. ful. >> in addition to the shell casings we found several vials of crack cocaine. so the shooting may have been drug-related. however, the 32-year-old victim may be an innocent victim. >> reporter: all the evidence points to that, that the driver was in the wrong place at the wrong time. no evidence that there was any road rage or any other altercation before the shooting that involved the driver and whoever it was that had the gun.

live in north philadelphia, john rawlins channel 6 "action news." >> now to an "action news" exclusive, radnor township police join pennsylvania police in in arresting five people in a prostitution sting. police say three women offered sex to law enforcement in exchange for money. they arrested two men saying they drove the women to the hotel for the acts. all five are facing prostitution charges. developing this morning the fbi is investigating the deadly attack of two military sites in tennessee as terrorism. the gunman has been identified as 23-year-old mohammand youssef abdulazeez, a kuwaiti born u.s. citizen. officials say he opened fire at a recruiting center and training center a few miles apart in chattanooga. four marines and the gunman were

little conostoga road will be closed. use park road. in bucks county they are in the process of shifting the construction in jamison along alms house road from eastbound to westbound side stay on bristol road. now there's a crash on bristol eastbound past jacksonville. street road would be a better bet. ben franklin bridge westbound we have construction blocking the right lane for the rest of the summer. if you're planning to use the ben franklin bridge early sunday morning, 6:30 to 8:30 the bridge shut down in both directions for the tour de shore bike race that's sunday morning. >> firefighters pulled two people from the rubble of a house explosion in missouri, flames spread to two nearby homes. firefighters rescued two men trapped beneath the rubble.

the victims were rushed to the hospital in critical condition. it is in the clear what caused the blast. police are trying to figure out who murdered a recent drexel university graduate in her west philadelphia apartment. the body of gentleman -- jasmine wright was discovered yesterday. wright's father called the property manager because he had not heard from his daughter. she had been beaten and strangled and left there for up to 24 hours. two south jersey fathers were arrested for fighting at a softball game. these are the mug shots of of michael barbella of ventnor and michael duffy of mays landing. the fight led to a fight filled with profanity and blood. the men's daughters were former teammates, they are charged with second degree assault and

disorderly conduct. >> a woman from illinois got in jail days after a traffic stop in texas. the family said it does not believe the official version of what happened. sandy bland was arrested for assaulting an officer, they say she hung herself with a plastic bag in her cell, but the family said they are not convinced. >> it is unimaginable and difficult for us to wrap our minds around the sandy that we knew for this to be characteristic of her. >> sandy bland had numerous videos posted on social media most monologues against police brutality and racism. one showser diagnosing herself with depression. that's a video that the district attorney is trying to authenticate. the other video is from the jail that shows nobody went into her

susquehanna at 17th when someone blasted away. one bullet hit the trunk of the car. by the time the car got to 17th and diamond the driver knew something was terribly wrong. >> it's a small vehicle the bullet went through the trunk through the rear seat of the driver's side and went through the driver's seat striking the driver. the rear-seat passenger was lucky to be sitting on the passenger side of the rear of the vehicle. several feet away if she was sitting behind the driver she could have been shot in the back. >> reporter: well, back at the original scene 17th and susquehanna. police found evidence that ten shots were fired and vials of what appeared to be crack cocaine. the driver was collateral damage of what was going on at 17th

deadly shooting spree. >> chattanooga is a great city with a broken heart. >> reporter: terror started at 10:45 thursday morning. >> he pulled up and next thing he lifted up his arms like this with a big black gun, it was one shot and then endless shots. >> reporter: the suspected gunman identified as mohammand youssef abdulazeez armed with numerous weapons fired at the glass doors of this armed forces recruitment center in a strip mall injuring one marine. in this rented silver convertible, the gunman race the seven miles down the street where he opened fire again this time at a navel reserve center. he rammed the security gate and shot killed four marines and gun battle with police, one officer injured. >> we are conducting this as an act of domestic terrorism.
