streets. multiple calls came in, they found the 21-year-old man lying unconscious in the road. he had been shot in the face in front of his father. the father took off running after the suspect after chasing him about a block the shooter turned around and opened fire at the father. the father was not hit. the suspect got into a dark colored or black toyota and fled the scene going south on 4th. investigators are speaking to witnesses they believe the victim was targeted. >> we believe that the 21-year-old was an intended target right where the 21-year-old victim collapsed after being shot in the face, we found a spent shell casing, feet from his body which is an indication that the shooter got up to him and fired the shot at pointblank range. >> reporter: there are businesses nearby that have private surveillance cameras so the police are looking for the owners of the businesses to see

if they have any footage. call police if you have any tips. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> developing overnight a double shooting sent two men to the hospital. this happened on the 1800 block of east cornwall street after midnight. a 22-year-old man is in stable condition, a 24-year-old in critical. officers recovered an unloaded gun at the scene and found a vehicle had been vandalized. detectives are talking to witnesses and plan to review private surveillance video as they search for the suspect. we know we should not leave kids in the cars. after you see this, don't leave the kids in the car. take a look at this surveillance video out of hamilton township, new jersey. a car was idling, with a child in the car. a thief gets in the car moments

crews in new jersey recovered the body of a missing swimmer in the delaware river. people reported the man going under in burlington city last night. the victim was a man in his 20s, he was swimming in the area of the burlington island when he drown. his name has not been released. happening today montgomery will launch its text to 911 service, the program allows those with hearing or speaking disabilities to communicate. county commissioners are putting on an official demonstration
