job. >> police are investigating a shooting in kensington that involved a teenager in the same area another person was shot to death. >> reporter: the happened at 1:00 a.m. on waterloo street. katherine scott joins us with the details. >> reporter: police are investigate the shootings as separate shootings. they just cleared the scene of a homicide on clonia. they happened around the same time. in the other shooting, a teenager was hit by a stray bullet. let's start where the 15-year-old was injured on susquehanna around 1:00 a.m. a car nearby was shot about 6 times. that teenager was grazed in the arm and went to st. christopher's hospital with his mother in stable condition. around the corner from there around the same time police

several times and pronounced at the hospital. there's no word for a suspect or a motive. >> philadelphia police officers are recovering and a 26-year-old man is dead. police say they showed up at his apartment riverside drive. he was wanted for the murder of megan dodo when she was 8 months pregnant when she was hit by a stray bullet. her baby died. he tried to run and turned and shot the officer in the abdomin. police returned fire and he died. the officer was saved by his bullet proof vest. yesterday in colorado, the fbi director had more chilling things to talk about, he said isis has new tactics and it's made them more dangerous than
