victims in the kensington section of the city. the other victim did not survive. the shootings are look looking like they are connected. one happened at waterloo street at 1:00 a.m. a man was pronounced at the scene and a second victim was a 15-year-old teen who suffered a graze wound to his arm. police say he was caught in the crossfire. the teen is in stable condition at saint christopher's hospital. katherine scott will have more in the next half-hour. developing this morning a man is dead after gunfire erupted in north philadelphia overnight. this happened after 10:30 in the 3000 block of north howard street. police say a 2 is-year-old man was shot multiple times. no word on suspects or a motive for the crime. developing overnight the director of the fbi said the number one threat not u.s. is coming from the islamic state. he said the terrorist's group

arrest this man who shot and he killed doto who was 8 months pregnant. he turned and shot at the officer, the officer fired back and killed him. the officer was saved by his bullet-proof vest. surveillance shows two suspects running from the machine as debris fell from the ground. they came back and left when they saw the explosion didn't give them any access to any cash. president obama declares a major disaster exists in south jersey after last month's severe storms. >> federal funds will be available to state and local government in atlantic, burlington and gloucester
