there is no excessive force in this video. it shows walter moets arrest on sunday after he drove down the wrong street in chester on sunday. he added that the officers appear to be properly subduing a violent man with a gun. his family denies he has a weapon. david henry will have more in a live report at 5:00. and a developing story in delaware where a woman was found dead on a playground today. police are not giving as many details, and chad pradelli is live in wilmington what can you tell us about the story. >> here in wilmington police are releasing little information calling this a suspicious death they would not comment at all about what they found at the crime scene they found the body at the playground and just moments ago the medical examiner took aaway the body.

the image of the dead woman is too graphic for television. part of her clothing appeared to be around her ankles. they discovered the body this morning and went on to look for evidence. >> at this time it's labeled aas a suspicious death and we are working the scone all day long and we hope to have more in the cause of death and manner of death at some point this evening. >> the drone was deployed to search from above and medical detectives were used to look at the ground. neighbors were stunned by the developments. >> you never expect to see a dead body it's kind of scary it takes you back a step. >> tim walsh says the park is bustling with activity at all hours of the day usually children in the daytime but

mabel when to the hospital and michelle nichols along with a 6-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy are expected to be okay. a third child an 8-year-old boy is in serious condition with a head injury. it was a violent night for the city of philadelphia, five people were shot last night into this morning. three of the victims are dead and police have not made any arrests. >> there was a 15-year-old boy that was caught in this crossfire. >> reporter: police say that a 15-year-old boy was sitting on the front steps of this building at susquehanna and kensington at 1:00 a.m. when bullets started flying, this car kaz struck at least six timesp the 15-year-old boy was grazed in his arm and went to the hospital in critical condition. police found a second victim around the corner he had already died.

investigators think that both scenes are connected but are not sure exactly what happened. philadelphia detectives were gathering evidence at another crime scene near howard street. the 21-year-old victim was sitting outside with his girlfriend when he was shot and killed. his girlfriend wasn't injured. >> someone came up to him and shot him multiple times including twice in the head, a memorial sits on the 2600 block police were called out overnight after a double shooting at 1:00 a.m. a 21-year-old was shot twice and died and a 28-year-old was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. >> it was committed by several males wearing hoodies that ran away from the location. >> reporter: there have been no arrests in any of these cases call police if you have any tips. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." time for a check of the

city. they had to shut off the water once again as water started collecting and filling the basements it has now receded but it turns out that that main may have once again ruptured. >> it's beyond frustrating it's like an ongoing problem putting band-aids on top of band-aids instead of fixing the problem. the water department says they are working on it and hope to have water back to the homes this evening. something else frustrating is a new report confirming what droifers already know, trenton, new jersey have some of the worst roads in the region. trenton has the 4th highest percentage of roads in poor condition compared to cities of similar size and because of that, people that live there wind up spending an extra $670 a year on vehicle mainance and gas. the report was released before

township to help identify men that broke no several cars this week, in the merry brook development at 1:30 in the morning one resident had a surveillance camera set up. now police are asking for information to please call them. >> police are trying to find a man that robbed a dollar store they gave us video from inside of the dollar store on caster avenue the crime happened on july 12th the man walked in and through the aisles and then put a stocking on his head and walked up to the register he threatened the clerk and took money and ran off. a car tire tied up traffic on the schuylkill expressway chopper 6 hd was over the left bound lanes over the vine street expressway where the car caught fire at noon, they put out the flames and closed off traffic and fortunately nobody was hurt and all lanes reopened at 1:30.

york with the latest. >> hi erin, the district attorney's office there says that the circumstances of bland's death and her arrest are still under vest gage as they reveal what was discovered by the medical examiner prosecutors areprosecutor s are releasing some of the autopsy results. what caused sandra bland's death earlier this week. >> the medical examiner did not find injuries on the organ or body parks that were consistent by a violent struggle and the cause of death is hanging and the manner of death is suicide. >> it shows that blan may have had a significant amount of marijuana in her body when she died. found with a garbage bag around her neck three days after being arrested after this traffic stop escalated. >> don't touch me. i am not under arrest. >> a bystander recording what

right now, matt pellman is here with an update. we are definitely seeing shore traffic, a sure bet in the afternoon on a thursday here on 95 intel co big delays from the state line to this point at 322 up to and approaching the blue route we had the disabled vehicle from the last half hour, that is pushed off to the side and we have not recovered with speeds like 10 coming north on 95, in brook haven a crash by the pathmark in dutton mills road and a few issues and heavy traffic north of temple university northbound at dolphin and broad. watch it through that intersection, a big water main break in east falls we showed you from a bit ago blocking off ridge afternoon, stay on henry to get around that. in the new hope area, we have the downed pole blocking 202 stick with upper york to get

all right meteorologist adam joseph is here, we saw from melissa magee earlier that it's a great day. >> it is. as we take a look at double scan live radar around the region a perfect day to be outdoors low humidity and wall-to-wall sunshine and really just very minimal clouds in the sky, as we take a look at the temperatures it's pleasant at the shore and a little bit of a sea breeze kicking in it was in the 80s most of the day and 76 in avalon, and tonight harbor same temperature and 76 in margate and surf city, and as we head inland 82 in millville there you see the westerly winds keeping temperatures in the low 80s in much of the area, below average in the area and the southerly winds off the water cooling it down just a little bit along the boardwalk and sand, high pressure is to the
