was found on a piece of playground equipment. chad pradelli is live now. investigators are calling this a suspicious death. >> reporter: that is about all police are saying at this time. the body was found by a passerby on the top of that slide. investigators were out here all day, they left about 15 minces ago and now an autopsy will be performed. investigators deployed a drone to search camby park from above and they used metal detecters looking for evidence. >> and it appears that some of the woman's clothing was around her ankles on a park bench nearby it looks like what appeared to be identification cards and police with not comment on what they found at the crime scene. >> at this point the investigation is called as a suspicious death. we have been working the scone all day long and the medical

morning, at the cologne section of the city, a 15-year-old boy nearby suffered i graze wound and two 21-year-old men were killed in separate shootings one on howard street and the other in the tacony section on the 4600 block. >> now to the video taped arrest that drewal grations of police brutality in the city of chester county d.a. jack walen gave a statement on the case. >> reporter: the district attorney says he is still reviewing the case but from what he has seen so far the officers acted properly dealing with a dangerous situation, my row view of the circumstances of this case is he very dangerous the struggle was captured on cell phone video the police were

responding to a duringry call, when they discovered walter mote driving the wrong way and when they stopped him they say he was trying to conceal something in his belt and when they took the gun mote started swinging. >> he got punched in the face first and the second officer is in the process of removing the gun and the struggle ensues near the car. >> other officers arrived to help and police say mote struggled with them violently and would not stop even after they used a taser on him several times. >> this is a dangerous individual and the police were lucky to apprehend him without further incidents in this case. >> he has a long record he has been arrested more than four dozen times and convictions for violent crimes and resisting arrest. and the d.a. says mote knew he was going back to jail

struck the median and hit a vehicle driving in the southbound lane, four people including three children in that car were injured. the crash closed down the southbound lanes for more than three hours, a bandit that tried to hide his face with a clear bag over his head robbed a dunkin' donuts in south philadelphia early monday morning and surveillance cameras caught him outside of the store where his face can be more easily seen, he jumped the counter and took the cash box, he got away but cameras caught him casing the store before the robbery. if you have information please call police. we are three months away from electing a new mayor in philadelphia. they put a browsing primary battle behind them endorsing jim kenny and melissa bailey is lodging her fight.

a pretty sizeable water main break made a slash on the 3500 block of scotts lane and the water was shooting in the air at one point and a nearby shopping center was without water because of problem now the water department expects all everyone to get their service back at some point this evening. a south philadelphia area is one against dealing with a water main break it sent water
