officers closed in. new jersey governor chris christie is blasting amtrak over delays that have plagued commuters this week. he criticized amtrak tore -- for the power problems. he asked congress to get involved to make sure that the money paid by new jersey to amtrak is used properly. amtrak owns the track and equipment between new jersey and new york that are used by nj transit trains. atlantic city electric's communication with customers and officials was less than optimal. the board said the company should have conveyed the problems it was having with damage assessments.
