complicit -- explicit pictures of a 5-year-old girl. >> i have like over 15 employees in the last we're we became like a family. it's hitting us hard. now we're just going to ban together. >> reporter: he was arrested monday at his collingswood new jersey home. >> awful what's being accused of. >> reporter: investigators say he downloaded child pornography and created his own by involving the 5-year-old in pictures and videos. the feds say he sexually abused her and witnessed and recorded the acts for his own use. >> my prayers go out to the family of the victims. this world is not ready for

people like this. >> reporter: another look at his restaurant where it is open for business. the 41-year-old is behind bars, the federal charges are being brought out of washington, d.c. so that is where he will face those charges. his attorney said he will not fight extra extradition. a toddler was found on a street alone and hurt. the 2-year-old was found yesterday afternoon. the child had a burn on his left foot. an 11-year-old sibling was alone in the home and the home in deplorable conditions they were taken to saint christopher's hospital. jasmine wright was beaten

and sexually assaulted by harris inside her west philadelphia apartment. police say he should have been in prison before the attack. >> he's got 31 priors, back in 82 he was arrested for killing his own father. he has been arrested for sexual assault and robberies and burglaries, he is a monster. >> harris was fired as a handyman at the apartment building a week before the murder. he got into the apartment without forced entry police say he attacked her as she talked to her mom on the phone. the motive remains unclear. take a look at the surveillance video police in conshohocken are looking for a woman for allegedly holding up a bank in broad daylight. police say she walked into the bank of america on the 400 block of fayette street and approached the material and implied she had a gun she got away in a gray or

coming in at only 50. feeling very comfortable. no humidity at all dewpoints in time 50s all afternoon. that changes tomorrow we get into the 60s and we get into next week and we get high up there on that uncomfortable slash scale. showers and thunderstorms are coming back into the picture not today. the pattern is comfortable as it was wednesday thursday and friday. tomorrow we get into this, numbers pull into the higher numbers, the humidity increases and the temperature skyrocket we could have two or three days in the low to mid 90s. the humidity levels will be higher, but not as impressive as what we dealt with last weekend. a little bit of a break there.
