on his left foot. when they took the child home, they found an 11-year-old sibling home alone and the home in explorable conditions. james harris is charged with raping and murder jasmine wright. she is beaten and sexually assaulted and strangled inside her west philadelphia apartment. dna and fingerprints link him to the crime. police say he should have been in prison before the attack. >> he has 31 priors, back in 82 he was arrested for killing his own father and he has been arrested for sexual assault and several robberies and burglaries, he is a monster. >> do he was fired as a handyman a week before the murder, he got into the apartment without forced entry. police say i he attacked her as she talked to her mom on the phone. the motive is unclear.

police in conshohocken are looking for this woman for allegedly holding up a bank in broad daylight. police say she walked into the bank of america and approached a material and implied she had a gun before demanding money. the woman got away in a gray or silver does sedan with a pennsylvania tag, if you recognize call conshohocken police or the fbi. police investigate francis whalen and other swat officers went to 800 riverside drive to make an arrest. guishard tried to run but turned around and shot whalen in the stomach. the second time he was shot and saved by his vest. there's no word on what caused a two-alarm fire in south jersey that put four families

out of their home. the two-alarm inferno occurred in camden county. one firefighter suffered a minor injury while battling the blaze. funeral services will be held for sandra bland in chicago. she died two weeks ago when she hung hemp in a texas jail cell. the 28-year-old used a trash bag inside her cell. toxicology results show bland had marijuana in her system. she was arrested after a traffic stop that escalated. she was in texas to start a new job. new information about where bill cosby got quaaludes he admitted to giving women he had sex with. he admitted in a deposition he got them from an area cosmetic

philadelphia for the visit by pope francis in just two months. among those getting ready for the historic visit are the inmates at curran-fromhold correctional facility. the inmates are working on a special gift for francis, they are making him a chair which is one of the skills they learned as part of part of of the program. it was pure joy and excitement when the joy bells found out they would perform during a world meeting of families event. it's made up of adults with intentional challenges, they watch for hand crews from their two music directors. you can get updates on the pope's visit follow pope 0 be twitter.

the president has family living in kenya. his late father is from there. new jersey governor, chris christie is blasting amtrak over delays that have plagued commuters for four days this week. christy criticized amtrak for the power problems that caused the delays. he encouraged congress to get involved and asked the state attorney general office to see what can be done to be sure that the money paid by new jersey to amtrak is used properly. amtrak owns the tracks between atlantic city and new york that runs. njt trains. down trees left 280,000 customers without service for days. the public utility said ac electric's communication was less than optimal.

the company should have conveyed the problems it was having with damage assessments. ac electric acknowledged it needs to improve communication. there are calls to investigate hillary clinton's use of private e-mail during her time as secretary of state. internal investigators for the intelligence community say four, and potentially hundreds more included classified national security information. they are asking the justice department to get involved. clinton's spokesperson said she followed appropriate practices dealing with classified material at all times. fiat chrysler is recalling 1.5 million cars and trucks because of hackers. a security breach could let hackers remotely access them. the publication wired discovered the flaw. they will upgrade the software.
