the 41-year-old is behind bars. the federal charges are being brought out of washington, d.c. that is where he will face those charges. capasso said he will not fight extradition. child services is investigating after a toddler was found on a philadelphia street alone and hurt. he was found with a burn on the left foot. when police went to the child's home on the 2200 block of north 16th street. they found an 11-year-old sibling alone and the home in deplorable condition. both children were taken to saint saint christopher's hospital. this woman held up a bank yesterday. she walked into the bank of america on the 400 block of fayette street. she approached the teller and insinuated she had a gun. if you recognize her call police.

a man lit his estranged wife on fire before he died in a fiery crash. his pickup truck slammed into a tractor-trailer near greenwood south of indianapolis. he kept going and hit another vehicle and smashed into a concrete barrier. not long before the crash he doused his wife with gasoline and set her on fire. the couple were going through a divorce, the wife is fighting for her life. new a judge in california will dismiss a right to die lawsuit against the state. christy o'donnell filed the suit terminally ill with lung cancer. under california law suicide is legal. doctors can sedate a patient but they cannot prescribe a life ending medicine.
